These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Baby Reveal website at babyreveal.com (the "Site") and our waitlist program. By using the Site or submitting your email address to our waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

In these Terms, "Baby Reveal," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Baby Reveal. "You" and "your" refer to the person accessing or using the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Site or join our waitlist. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. The Waitlist

Joining our waitlist allows you to receive early access information, launch announcements, and promotional offers related to Baby Reveal. Submitting your email address to the waitlist does not constitute a purchase, reservation, or guarantee of product availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the waitlist program at any time.

3. Pre-Launch Information

The Site contains information about a product that is not yet available for sale. All product descriptions, claims, features, pricing, availability dates, and promotional offers shown on the Site are subject to change without notice and do not constitute an offer to sell. Final product specifications, terms, and conditions of sale will be provided at the time of product launch.

4. Medical Disclaimer

Baby Reveal is intended for informational and entertainment purposes related to fetal sex identification. It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not intended to detect chromosomal abnormalities, genetic conditions, or other medical issues. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have about your pregnancy, your health, or your baby's health. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information you read on the Site.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any manner that violates any applicable law or regulation;
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
• Use any automated system (including bots, scrapers, or scripts) to access the Site or sign up for the waitlist;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its related systems or networks;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site, including by introducing viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
• Use the Site to harass, abuse, or harm others;
• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any content from the Site without our prior written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and all of its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, and design, are owned by Baby Reveal or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. Trademarks

"Baby Reveal" and the Baby Reveal logo are trademarks of Baby Reveal. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission. All other trademarks appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and the third party.

9. Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baby Reveal disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any information on the Site will be accurate, complete, or current.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Baby Reveal, its officers, directors, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of, or your inability to access or use, the Site or the waitlist.

In no event will our total cumulative liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Baby Reveal and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Site.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or the waitlist at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.

15. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Baby Reveal with respect to the Site. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.
